Age Requirements: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles younger than 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Guests who make a reservation without fulfilling the above requirements will be subject to forfeiture of the entire cost of stay, deposit, and/or rental money and will not be permitted to check in.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. Service animals are permitted as required by law. Providing certification documents at check-in is suggested.
